You could even make the case that larger corporations will learn from Uber that profiteering doesn’t pay.
Post-Globalism, this seems highly unlikely. It is more likely that the Uber judgement will simply increase the “automation risk” for not only Uber drivers but for California workers in general.
On the other hand, creatives don’t need large corporations to protect from automation risk.
They can turn the automation trend on its head by using their agility to out flank much larger transnational competitors.
