Greece voted “no” on austerity measures over the weekend. The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) was down for 3 hours because a minor software upgrade.
And most likely the week will end in a cloud dust from the Chinese stock markets.
Nassim Nicholas Taleb wrote the book “Black Swan” to describe the impact of highly improbable events. He also talked about the role luck plays in everyday life.
What he didn’t talk about was providing access to the tools needed re-frame and rebuild a better life. You’ve got to talk about makerspace development if you want to have that conversation.
If necessity is the mother of invention, makerspace development is where necessity turns when all else fails.
