We in the US are transitioning from a period when the vast majority of workers are full-time employees to a point in the near future when 50 percent of the US workforce will be made up of contingent workers.
Workforce50/50 is a new project that will be launched to pull together all of the major constituents that will be needed to support this new 50/50 workforce. Python and pandas are mainstays in the scientific community that provide robust data analysis. These are tools we’ll need to make the case for supporting workforce scale makerspace development.
